Given everything happening in that region right now, my first thought is that it could easily be related to military activity. That area has constant drone surveillance, missile testing, and air defense systems operating, especially around sensitive facilities. A flare, drone, or even something connected to a missile or radar tracking system could easily appear as a bright orb on video.

There are also a lot of videos circulating on social media with very little context, which makes it hard to determine when or where they were actually recorded. At the moment the only thing we really know is that a short clip is circulating online showing a luminous object over Karaj.
